Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom hair colors/patterns/density (such as special orders or customized wigs/bundles/closures/frontals),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your custom order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
For in-stock hair like natural black hair or #613 blonde hair (straight and body wave only), we accept a full refund. For custom hair orders like colored hair or other hair textures except for straight and body wave, once the production starts and you need a cancellation or refund, we will deduct 20% amount of the total payment.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAQs

Yes, all units including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals and hair extensions from Sisdore are 100% real human hair.

Test it by burning: The synthetic or fiber hair will be melted with the black smoke during the hair burning test. But the 100% real human hair will catch fire immediately , burn nearly instantly curling into small balls, and smell like burning hair.

All lace units and weaves from Sisdore have no to minimal tangle/shedding. To prevent tangle/shedding problem, please make sure to wash the unit at least once a week!

The main reason for hair tangle/shedding is because the hair is too dry. When you wash the hair(after conditioner and spray the nutrient water) when the hair is almost air dry, use one or two drops of hair care oil on the hair surface especially the ends.

This will keep the hair soft and and luster!

① Do not wash the hair with hot water！

②Do not comb the curly /deep wave hair with tight teeth brush,it will ruin the hair original shape and make it fizzy and feels like tangle!

① The cap size of our in stock wigs is average size: 22.5 inches. And it has adjustable straps at back. Normally it can match the head of most people. If you have a very large / small head, please contact us to confirm first!

② For natural color regular lace wigs(Not HD lace), we ship medium brown lace / transparent lace cap wigs randomly; For 613 or other light color wigs, the base lace color is transparent! Please contact us or leave us a message if you need specific lace color!

HD lace is more like an upgrade on transparent lace, it got super thin lace material than transparent lace(Normal/Regular lace), that's why HD lace(also called Clear Lace) is highly undetectable.

HD lace blends well on different skin colors, creating an invisible hairline just like melt into your skin, in the meantime, HD lace is not as durable as transparent lace. So do not handle the HD lace roughly!

YES! All of Sisdore’s hair products are made with 100% human hair. They can be permed, dyed or bleached like your own hair.

We do not recommend to bleach the natural color hair lighter than #27, please select #613 directly if you want to dye the wig into a light color.

Do remember that all of the electric treatments with hair will cause varying degrees of damage. so if you are a begainer for hair coloring/bleaching, please let the professional hairdresser do it to make sure there is no damage to human hair.

Normally it depends on your method/level of care to the hair. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 12 months.
